MCFARLIN POINTE POOL RULES:
1. Pool Rule's posted inside the gate must be followed
2. Only authorized persons (homeowners) are allowed inside the pool area; limit 2. Homeowner or resident must be present
3. Noone under the age of 14 is allowed at the pool area without adult supervision. Anyone found in violation will be suspended from the pool area for the remaining season
4. Anyone found destroying property (restrooms, pool furniture, etc.) will also be suspended from the pool area for the remaining season
5. Please report any suspicious activity to the Police Department @ 793-7744
6. Pool will be open 10:00 am - 10:00 pm. Noone is allowed in pool area except pool service company when closed
7. No parties are allowed due to limited space and consideration of all homeowners
Please be aware of any violations and report to the Police Department or John Kidd @ 227-0356, Ghertner & Co.. This is your pool and we want to make it as safe and enjoyable for you as possible, with your cooperation.
